Gwanghamun Bridge

Gwanghamun Bridge

Gwanghamun Bridge is probably Busan’s most famous bridge. It’s well lighted and I recommended going at night for the light show. Shows run for five minutes at 8 and 10 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday and at 8, 9 and 10 p.m. from Friday to Saturday. It’s also nice to just sit out, enjoy the breeze  and people watch.

HOW TO GET THERE:

Gwangan Station – Line 2 –> Exit #3 or #5 –> Walk straight till you see it (~ 8 mins). It’s a bit of a walk from the MTR station to the beach so don’t worry if you don’t see anything yet while you feel like walking a mile already. Just keep walking. 🙂

A lot of the kids buy sparklers and light them up just playing around.

I noticed that there are plenty of hotels across the road and I can imagine the views from the hotel rooms would be amazing especially at night. There are also a lot of restaurants around the area.
