Rice Restaurant Princesa Garden

Rice Restaurant Princesa Garden

Rice Restaurant is one of the three restaurants at Princesa Garden Resort and Spa Palawan. It’s the same restaurant where they serve the complimentary breakfast. They also are open for lunch and dinner. We had a pick out of the three and we decided to try this one first. It serves Filipino and International cuisine. Their hotel website says that they show cultural presentations on occasion outdoor but it was not the case when we were there maybe because it was low season.

Ellis Gourmet Burger Antwerp

Ellis Gourmet Burger Antwerp

The restaurant Ellis Gourmet Burger is located at De Keyserlei 21 in Antwerp. It’s the street directly across the Antwerp Central Station where there are a lot of restaurants and shops lined up. They serve burgers. It seems like designer burger places have been popping up around the country. I went here for lunch because I was craving some fluffy American pancakes which I saw that they were advertising. In Belgium, their pancakes are thinner, almost like crepe. They are very good as well. I just suddenly missed the fluffy ones.

Yakimix Marquee Mall

Yakimix Marquee Mall

My cousin was celebrating his birthday last November and he wanted to eat at a buffet and since we haven’t tried out the food yet at Yakimix Marquee Mall, we decided to go there. Reservations is highly encouraged if you don’t want to wait and see everyone else getting their seats before you. A few days earlier, I called their number ((045) 304 4069 and made reservations for 4 people. We reserved the 11:00am slot which is the time they open. They told us to be there 15 minutes early. We were there on time and they were calling out names (of those who made reservations). Then we were lead to our table.

Yakimix according to their facebook page is the number one smokeless grill restaurant in the Philippines. They are popular since you see a lot of their restaurants in major shopping malls. It’s a buffet restaurant and you can grill all you can meat and other things on your table. Their price point is really good. The food in the buffet spread usually includes: Sushi, Smokeless Grill, Japanese/Korean/Chinese Cuisine. They have locations in Metro Manila, Pampanga, Cebu, Davao and Gensan.
