Vienna Prague Berlin Trip Budget

Vienna Prague Berlin Trip Budget

How much does it cost to visit 3 cities in 3 countries in Europe in 7 Days?

Not that much. We were on a very tight budget for this trip and I think we did fairly well. This Vienna, Prague, Berlin Trip Budget could hopefully help you plan your own trip while giving you an idea of how much it could cost. Our visit included 3 cities in 3 countries in 7 days and we were really happy with the trip. It probably helped to keep the cost down traveling in winter since not a lot of people would like to go somewhere cold except for maybe girls like us from the tropics. 🙂

Vienna has plenty of impressive structures and the Austrian Parliament Building is definitely one of them. The Austrian Parliament building was completed in 1883 designed by Theopil Hansen. It is an important site for official state business as well as the ceremony to swear in a new president. It is also a very popular tourist attraction. They do conduct tours in several languages. You enter through the lower level where an information counter is available on the left as you enter the doors. Tickets are 5 euros for adults. Historic Center of Vienna

Historic Center of Vienna

The night was still young. Although in winter, it doesn’t seem like it. After finding our hotel, we decided to check out the historic and shopping center of Vienna. We took the metro which is accessible from Vienna Central station to go to the Historic Center of Vienna. The stop was at Wien Karlsplatz and it took 3 minutes by subway to get there. You will exit right at the Opera if you follow that direction.

A&O Wien Hauptbahnhof hostel review

Image from: www.hostelsclub.com

Honestly, this accommodation was not our first choice. We were already booked at another hotel but one of my aunts decided to join the trip last minute. The other hotel can only accommodate center number of people so we had to cancel that one and this was the next affordable option. A&O Wien Hauptbahnhof has a really good location. It is a short walking distance from the Vienna Central station. The price was relatively affordable. To be fair, we had a clean room and decent bathroom for the price. I hope this A&O Wien Hauptbahnhof hostel review gives you some insight into how it was staying in the hostel.

Vienna, Prague and Berlin Itinerary

Vienna, Prague and Berlin Itinerary

We spent a week traveling in 3 countries. This is our Vienna, Prague and Berlin Itinerary. We got plane tickets on sale for around 20-25 euros per way. In between the countries, we rode trains. This is a winter itinerary so it was very, very cold. Maybe that’s why the tickets were so cheap, no one wanted to come in this cold weather. Haha. For us from the tropics, it’s a novelty but I know europeans chase the sun and they only like the cold when it’s a ski trip. 😛
