Park Inn by Radisson Clark is located at the rear of SM Clark so it’s ideally located. We had a short overnight stay at this hotel. The Clark International Airport also known as Diosdado Macapagal Airport is only 10-15 minutes away by car without traffic. It’s exactly why I chose this hotel. My boyfriend was arriving at Clark airport and we were flying to Manila the next day. I decided to just stay the night in Clark rather than Manila because he had such a long travel time. It would be better just to relax. We decided to just go the next day.
OUR STAY AT PARK INN BY RADISSON CLARK
Going inside the hotel, you have to go through a metal detector and security guards. It makes me feel safe to know that they take security seriously. My boyfriend on the other hand felt the opposite. He was wondering why that was necessary. We also availed of their airport pick up which was PHP 400.00 per way or about $8.00.
I got the Standard room which is pretty basic but nicely furnished.
The bed was really comfortable. Our window looks out at the back of the hotel which was nice and quiet. We can see the outdoor pool from our room. We did not really try it as we didn’t really have enough time.
There was a wardrobe next to the bed and a coffee and tea making facility on its right. There are also two complimentary bottles of water. The room was small but well laid out for everything you need.
Underneath the coffee/tea tray is the fridge inside the cabinet. That is a nifty way of hiding away a mini fridge.
I find that the bathroom is compact but for its size, it has a generous shower area. The bathroom was clean and had everything that you need like a blow dryer, toiletries and towels.
We find the toilet located behind the shower area.
BREAKFAST AT PARK INN BY RADISSON HOTEL
The breakfast buffet is served at Hues restaurant. Every booking comes with breakfast. I know for some hotels, they have this as an option. The breakfast buffet had an array of bread, cereals, pancakes, congee, fruits, and of course the Filipino favorites like garlic rice, longganisa, egg, etc.
Drinks were nice and colorful. We had a choice of pandan juice, pink lychee orange jucie and water. Coffe and Tea is also availalbe. For the coffee, someone actually comes to your table to give you coffee. This gesture would be nice if their staff were attentive. They were not. So you had to actually call someone and get their attention to get another cup instead of just getting it yourself.
There were plenty of tables and seats at the restaurant. When we were there, it was only a third of its capacity which was nice.
In conclusion, we liked our stay at Park Inn by Radisson Clark. I would not mind staying here again. So I would recommend it to friends and family.
