My first visit at Miascor Skyview lounge at NAIA Terminal 3 last December. I thought it was fairly new at the time because there were still flowers just right outside the door. Maybe it is a re-opening or something like that because I read somewhere that it actually opened on February 2015. It is located on Level 4 which is the upper floor from the Departure area on the International wing. It’s where all the lounges are. The Pacific Club Lounge and Singapore Airline’s SilverKris lounge are also on the same floor. The SilverKris lounge looked really posh compared to the very simple Skyview Lounge.
Opening Hours: 24 hours daily
Location: Airside – After Security Checks, the lounge is located in the International Departure Area. Take the elevator near Gate 115 to the 4th Level ‘Airline Lounges’. The lounge is located on the right hand side.
Facilities: Internet, Wifi, Refreshments, Telephone, Alcohol, Disabled Access, Newspapers/Magazines, TV, Air conditioning, Toilets, Shower room
Philippine Credit Cards with free access to the lounge:
- Citibank PremierMiles/Citi Prestige Card (with Priority Pass)

- RCBC Bankard
- Unionbank Miles Platinum visa card
Once you enter the premise, you just give the receptionist your card and boarding pass. Then they give you the wifi password and let you in. The area is nice but a bit small. It also has chairs by the window where you can watch planes. It’s probably a lot better during the day.
Plenty of single and double chairs with tables in between and outlets under the table for charging any of your device. 🙂
The food was okay. They had limited choices and it was okay. They had maybe 4 hot dishes like rice, a pork dish, noodles, congee. They also had plenty of drinks in the fridge. There were some sandwiches and pastries too. Coffee and tea are always available.
The toilets were okay, at least they are not crowded. They also have a shower room which I didn’t really see but It is available.
It is a really nice perk if you have a card that gets you in for free. It’s always nice to get some quiet and get away from the crowd. NAIA is not exactly a connecting airport or transit airport so if you are here, it’s probably because you are flying somewhere and need to kill time before your boarding. It is a nice place to wait it out. I probably would not pay for it though. I don’t think the services and food are worth it for the price.
